If you’re the type of person who is the “do it yourself-er” you might be interested in making your own lucid dreaming supplements. But be careful if you do, you can get too much of a good thing!
The most important thing to keep in mind is that natural roots and herbs can be very potent, and may also be hard to measure. That being said, maybe you should first experiment on making a nice pillow that will allow you to breath in aromas that will relax you, and have been proven to help people have more vivid lucid dreams.
You’ll need a pillowcase, of course, and it would be helpful if you put all of these ingredients in something a little smaller and put it under your current pillowcase when you are trying to have a lucid dream. For stress relief, lavender is the most used flower so it is advisable to add that to your “potion.” The easiest way to find it is in a soap, dried flowers or maybe even a light perfume.
For vivid dreams you’ll want to add some hops (another flower). We know that hops have proven themselves because they are found in a lot of top of the line Lucid Dreaming Supplements. Now you’ll want to add a variety of other stress reducers and smelly things like lemon verbena or lemongrass, mint, orange peel and rose petals. I think it’s worth a try, even if it does seem like you’re getting ready for a tea party. You might be pleasantly surprised at the results!
That being said, you might prefer to find lucid dreaming supplements that have the recommended mixture of something that’s a good sleep aid, as well as the introduction of roots that induce lucid dreams and make them more colorful and vivid.
The preferred root that many Lucid Dreaming Supplements include is valerian root but actually, its effectiveness has not yet been proven. However, clinical trials have been performed that suggest valerian has a mild tranquilizing effect which lets you sleep well - but doesn’t knock you out like a sleeping pill would.
Valerian was originally tested for people with anxiety disorders but had to be eliminated in this area because there was not enough proof to make claims for anxiety relief. It did prove itself as a sleeping aid though; which was discovered as the tests for anxiety were continuing; people fell asleep sooner and woke up less tired than before. It seems to be a pretty good stress reliever as well as a lucid dream sleep aid.

Organic skin care sounds healthy, but isn’t quite what you may have expected. As a matter of fact, organic simply means that a product is free of artificial ingredients, petroleum-based ingredients or other unsafe ingredients.
Nevertheless, some ingredients that we may not consider natural or safe enough for our skin may still be considered within the guidelines of what is or isn’t natural for skin care products. One example is petroleum. This ingredient doesn’t seem like something that you would want to put on your skin, however there are several skin care products that do contain it. Therefore, the best way of having a say in what goes on your skin is by learning how to spot noxious ingredients on the product labels.
Ingredients to Avoid in Anti Aging Products
Organic skin care products and anti aging skin are supposed to help keep the skin young and healthy. However, certain ingredients in these products can actually speed up the aging process and lead to dull skin and wrinkles.
Avoid Petrochemicals
This group of ingredients is derived from crude oil, giving it the name of Petrochemicals. These petrochemicals coat your skin and make it impossible for your body to eliminate toxins. This obstruction can lead to dull skin, and cause allergies and clogged pores.
Don’t use anti aging creams that contain mineral oil, paraffin and petrolatum. This is especially true for people with oily or combination skin.
Do Not Use Products Containing Quaternary Ammonium Compounds
Quaternary Ammonium compounds are used in conditioning products, however, use them carefully because they have also been linked to antibiotic resistance. Avoid products that contain benzalkonium chloride, cetrimonium chloride and cetrimonium bromide, among others.
Avoid Synthetic Colors
These ingredients are made from coal tar and heavy metal salts. They can lead to eye wrinkles and dull skin because they produce free radicals. If the product labels contain the abbreviations FD&C or D&C, it is best to avoid purchasing that product.
Stay Away from Sulfates
These components are usually found in soaps, detergents and cleansers. If you have a hard time finding them listed in the ingredients list, look for their alias: sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate. Sulfates are known to dry out the skin and cause rashes.
Not All Alcohols Are Good
An anti wrinkle cream should never contain alcohol because it is known to dehydrate the skin and lead to wrinkles. Alcohol can also lead to irritation and rashes, unless of course, the product you are using contains stearyl or cetearyl alchol. Both of these types of alcohol are acceptable ingredients in any wrinkle treatment cream.
All you need to do is invest a little time and research to find the ingredients that you should avoid. In fact, it doesn’t feel like such an effort when you’re looking for the best wrinkle creams out there.
REJUVENATING CREAM is both a potent beauty products and an excellent best neck cream. Its unique combination of snail serum and strawberry seed oil makes it a potent ally against the aging process.
